Knowledge Management and Training Services Tatitlek builds the capacity of war fighters to understand the cultures and environments they will be operating in once deployed. We provide theater-specific pre-mobilization training using role players, linguists, simulators, classroom instruction, and/or mobile training teams at over 400 locations worldwide.
Tatitlek training programs have built the capacity of more than 100,000 marines, soldiers, and seamen to advise, assist, and engage the local populace while conducting counter-insurgency and stability operations. The skills they gain from Tatitlek personnel help to mitigate some of the tactical and operational risks they will encounter throughout their deployments. Tatitlek’s train-the-trainer (T3) programs enable our customers to build the capacity of their own personnel to conduct in-theater training programs.
