The Tatitlek Corporation began its business activities by investing in and managing a portfolio of commercial buildings and residential apartments. These activities continue today, and provide the foundation for Tatitlek’s expansion into active business ventures, including government and commercial contracting.
As an ANC 8(a), Tatitlek has a wide range of contracting opportunities, including the potential of unlimited sole-source awards, that can be negotiated with the government customer through a process known as alpha negotiations. Since entering the 8(a) program, Tatitlek has developed a strong resume of past performance in a variety of disciplines, and looks forward to future growth in these and related areas.
