Board of Directors
Our five-person Board of Directors is made up of Alaska Native leaders within the Tatitlek shareholder community:
- Roy Totemoff, President and CEO
- Ken Vlasoff, Vice President
- Lloyd Allen, Chairman
- Sheri Buretta, Treasurer
- Ricky Kompkoff, Secretary
Board members share the common goal of Native economic self-determination, a main objective of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. They work closely with executive management to provide direction on business matters and shareholder interests.
