Mission
The Tatitlek Corporation is an ethical company dedicated to perpetual shareholder benefits and stewardship of our lands, resources, and culture.
Vision
As a resolute, cohesive, and capable Alaska Native Village Corporation, we strive to continuously learn, improve, and provide outstanding products and services to our clients. We will do this by being ethical and growing the corporation in deliberate and measurable ways.
Based on direction from the Board, our long-range plan is to grow the corporation’s revenues in both government contracting and commercial lines, manage for increased profitability and efficiency, and diversify the business base. We will continually improve the capacity of our shared services infrastructure so we can take advantage of new opportunities.
As we develop, we’ll continue to increase the presence and effectiveness of Native leadership and empower Native economic self-determination to advance the goals set out in the corporation’s mission statement and fulfill the expectations of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
